Departure
Departure
- Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure.
- It is possible to book a late check-out for 35 euros. Check-out is then at 12.00 noon.
- Please leave the accommodation tidy.
- Make sure the dishes are clean, the dishwasher is empty and the dishes have been put back in the right place.
- Take the waste to the waste disposal point (in the general car park)
- Take off the bed linen, put it in a pillowcase and put it in the hallway.

Parkrules
Parkrules
Below you will find the park rules.
- Upon arrival we ask you to register at the reception desk. Make sure that all guests are registered. In case of an emergency, we would like to know exactly who is present.
- There is a maximum speed limit of 10 km/h.
- Per accommodation it is allowed to park one car near the accommodation. Other cars can be parked ont he general car park at the entracte.
- Driving a scooter at the park is not allowed.
- Every guest is required to respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests. In case of nuisance the park employee will give you a warming. A second warning means you have to leave ou park (we will not refund the money).
- The sound of audiovisual equipment should not be audible outside the accommodation after 10. p.m.
- Keep the park clean.
- Fore fire safety and environmental reasons, open fires inside and outside the accommodation is not allowed.
- We are not liable for any damage, theft, loss, injury or accident that occurs during your stay at EuroParcs poort van Amsterdam.

Europarcs Poort van Amsterdam bezig om de sleutel naar een groenere wereld te krijgen door duurzamer te ondernemen. Wij doen dit aan de hand van de normen van Green Key, hét internationale keurmerk voor duurzame bedrijven in de recreatie- en vrijetijdsbranche. Ons park heeft op dit moment zelfs een goud keurmerk.
Hierbij kunnen we jouw hulp ook goed gebruiken! Je kunt ons helpen door de verlichting uit te zetten en de thermostaat op 10 graden te zetten bij afwezigheid, te letten op onnodig
waterverbruik en het afval zoveel mogelijk te scheiden.
Al onze verhuurwoningen voldoen aan de greenkey normen. We hebben op het park ook woningen die niet in de verhuur zitten, deze worden niet beoordeeld.
We hebben op het park een wormenhotel. Je kunt restjes zoals groenten, bananenschillen, koffiedik en tuinafval bij de receptie brengen zodat we dit kunnen gebruiken als compost.
Ons park heeft dit jaar het gouden certificaat behaald!

Because we value nature, the woods, the dunes and reeds, and your safery, we have a friendly reminder for you:
- Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
- Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
- When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

At EuroParcs we have a recreational home for sale for every wish. Buying a recreational home means optimal enjoyment in your own holiday home. So you are assured of an optimal investment. Buying a recreational home for your own use at EuroParcs means certainty for now and in the future.

Check-in
Check-in is possible from 16:00 onwards. You must be at least 18 years old to check in. It is also possible to check in earlier if you book an early check-in. Ask at reception for the possibilities.
Inventory
In case of damage and missing inventory, please report to reception. We ask you to do this within 24 hours of arrival.
Parking at the accommodation
For 4 to 6-bed properties, it is allowed to park 1 car at the accommodation. For 8-bed properties, there is space for 2 cars. Other cars may be parked in the general car park.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome. However, they must report to reception in advance. We would like to know this for safety reasons. Visitors can park in the general car park.
Waste
The park has a compactor. You do not need to separate the waste. The compactor is located in the general parking lot.
We ask you to deposit your waste in it. The garbage bags that you can use are in the welcome
in the welcome pack and they fit exactly in the waste container. When the lid is closed, you can open it by moving the handle upwards. Please close the lid again so that the bag can be processed.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. You may smoke outside the holiday accommodation, but all rubbish must be cleared away. There are no ashtrays available at our park.
Pets
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. They can be taken out of the park. Poop bags can be found in the red bins in the park. There is a dog walking area close to the park. This is the Hemmeland in Monnickendam.
If pets are present in the home, park staff will not enter the home without supervision (in case of disturbances etc.).
Internet
Each flat has its own wifi router with its own code. You can find the wifi code in a picture frame hanging in the living room.
Inventory
On the inside of a kitchen cabinet you will find a list of the inventory in the house. Would you please check that everything is correct? If anything is missing, please report it to reception.
Barrier
Resort Poort van Amsterdam has a barrier. Please wait until the barrier is fully open before driving.
We work with an incoming and outgoing system. This means that the barrier card cannot be used twice in a row. It is important that the driver of the car opens the barrier from the car window, otherwise the sensor will not be correct and the barrier card will not work.
Malfunctions and inconvenience
If you are experiencing nuisance from other guests or in the event of a malfunction, please call 088 070 80 90.
Laundry
There is a possibility to do your laundry at the resort.
Tokens can be bought at the reception.
A washing coin costs €4.50 each and a drying coin also costs €4.50 each.
Cleaning and technical service
Our park staff should be allowed inside the accommodation you are staying in at all times.
Subsidence
Unfortunately, we are familiar with the fact that subsidence can occur around the houses. We ask your attention for this. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we are busy with this. If you have any questions about this, please contact the reception.
Mail
Post and parcels should not be delivered to reception. We do not accept them.
Traffic rules
The maximum permitted speed on the park is 10 km per hour.

Yes, we have two electric charging points in our car park. Some holiday homes also have charging points.

Dogs are allowed on a leash in our park, dogs are also welcome on our beach. We do not have a specific walking area, but we do offer litter bags.

Berths passer-by: Passers-by can barge in and there is no need to book in advance. The port works with iMarina, the boxes all have a QR code that can be used to make reservations. Reservations in advance can be made via info@waterlandyacht.nl stating that it is for Uitdam. The cost is €1.90 per metre per night including electricity, excluding 2.25 water-tourist tax p.p. All year round, the marina is open. The depth of the harbour varies from 1.5-2.5 metres. Guests of the park can also use the boat ramp. The cost is €10 per in/out - jet skis are not allowed. A diesel pump is available in the harbour for boats (current price to be enquired through the harbour office). If you are interested in a berth for summer or year, please contact: info@waterlandyacht.nl. Our main office is in Monnickendam, in Uitdam we are on round.

We have a minimarket at our park, here you have the possibility to order sandwiches for the next day. This can be done via the EuroParcs app or by placing an order in the reception. The buns can be picked up at our reception from 09:00 the next morning. Guests at the campsite can also pick up rolls here.
